Abstract : he author introduces the definition of quasi-continuity on the unit square [0,1] x [0,1]. LetQ be the Banach space, under the sup-norm, of quasi-continuous functions on the unit square. Let M denote the closed convex cone in Q comprised of non-decreasing functions on the unit square. Let C be the space of continuous functions on the unit square.
